When a property needs more than a freshen, we manage the whole job: design and specification, supply, all trades, and the certificates at the end. Most refurbishments are for landlords bringing a tired flat up to a standard that lets faster and for more, and we specify with rental wear in mind.
What we take on
- Kitchen replacement, including appliances and gas and electrical connections
- Bathroom and shower room refits
- Full flat refurbishments between tenancies
- Flooring: carpet, LVT (Amtico, Karndean) and laminate throughout
- Communal parts, in partnership with LAP Decoration
- Fire door and fire safety upgrades to communal areas
How we run it
You get a written specification and a programme before we start, a single point of contact throughout, and progress photographs so you can see the job without visiting. Cheerful and ready to help, and never hard to get hold of, as one recent client put it.
