As a landlord, that kind of long-term reliability LAP provide is priceless. They understand both the technical side of property maintenance and the human side of looking after tenants, which means issues are handled quickly, professionally and with minimal disruption.

What has made the biggest difference for us is the way they take the mental burden. When a tenant calls to say the boiler has gone the day before a bank holiday weekend, we know we can pass the problem straight to LAP and it will be dealt with.

Over a decade of working together, they have consistently been reliable, quick to attend, and unfailingly courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending LAP Property Services to any landlord looking for a trustworthy, long-term maintenance company.
