How we work

1. Report the job

   Call 020 7993 8277 or email info@lapps.co.uk with the address and what needs doing. Photographs help. Agents can send us a work order in whatever format you use.

2. We arrange access

   We contact the tenant directly to agree a time, or collect keys from your office. You do not need to be there.

3. Fixed quotation

   For anything beyond a straightforward repair you get a written, itemised quotation before we start. No hourly rates, no call-out charge.

4. Done, with photographs

   The work is completed, the property left tidy, and you receive a short report with photographs and any certificates the same day.

Urgent jobs

Leaks, no heating, no hot water and anything affecting safety go to the front of the queue. Tell us it is urgent when you report it and we will give you an honest attendance time rather than a vague promise.

Larger works

Refurbishments and between-tenancy programmes get a written specification and a programme before we start, one point of contact throughout, and progress photographs so you can follow the job without visiting.
