Flooring is usually the single biggest improvement between one tenancy and the next, and it is where we are asked to help most often after decoration. We supply and fit the lot, with the right underlay and trims, and we will tell you honestly which floor suits a rental and which is better saved for your own home.

Choosing for a rental
A dense, mid-tone twist or loop pile carpet hides wear and cleans well; a wood-effect LVT such as Amtico or Karndean is close to indestructible in kitchens and halls. We specify with the next five years of tenants in mind, not just the photographs for the listing.
Fitting around a changeover
Old flooring lifted and disposed of, subfloor made good, new flooring fitted and the property vacuumed, usually in a day for a flat. We slot it into the between-tenancy programme so it is finished before the check-in.
