Something new from LAP: introducing The Periodic

If you've been following this blog, you'll know we've been putting out regular content on everything from gas certificates to blocked drains to the surprisingly contentious question of who's responsible for the garden fence. We've enjoyed writing it, and judging by the response, quite a few of you have enjoyed reading it.

So we've done what anyone does when something is going well: we've made it more complicated.

We're launching The Periodic — a free weekly newsletter for UK landlords that brings together the things worth knowing, without the noise. Think of it as the blog, but delivered to your inbox, with a bit more personality and a bit less doom-scrolling required.

What's in it?
